Project Engineer - GraduateWood is recruiting for a Project Engineer – Graduate to join its Projects – Process and Chemical team focusing on engineering, procurement and construction of complex plants in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy industries.
The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.The RoleYou will assist the Senior Project Engineer in coordinating the engineering team, and prepare multidisciplinary documents requiring interaction with several technical disciplines.
You will attend technical project reviews with the Client such as P&ID; review, HAZOP, 3D model review, and ensure all Client comments are captured in the design.
You will also be assigned to the construction site to give technical assistance during the erection of the plant.
International mobility and availability to be assigned is essential.ResponsibilitiesMechanize and update the P&IDs; from the first process issue up to the issue for construction and "as built".
Prepare the Equipment List, the Line List, the Fluid List, and the Tie?in List.Coordinate with other project engineers in Wood Global Execution Center (India).
Prepare Material Requisitions for filters, special items and other miscellaneous equipment, and coordinate with Vendors.Prepare the Hazardous Area Classification and the Fire Hazardous Area.Support the Senior Project Engineer or Engineering Manager in the technical coordination of the engineering disciplines.Attend project reviews with the Client.Assigned to construction site.QualificationsWe are looking for newly graduates, but at Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
