Job DescriptionDXC Technology Italy is looking for a Technical Leader to join our Application Service DXC Team.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and execute business and technical software solutions to implement new or enhanced (upgrades or conversions).
Analyze, identify and resolve business and/or technical problems using appropriate solutions/tools.Interact with client?facing colleagues (Business Analyst and Project Manager) to understand the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategy.Stay current on emerging tools, techniques and technologies.Lead a small team, mentor and guide less senior developers in designing solutions.Education and SkillsBachelor or Master degree (technical fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering preferred).
Experience and knowledge of Digital Development Services, Agile Application Development, DevOps, cloud?based applications and micro?services architecture and patterns.Strong technical experience writing code in Java EE, Spring (Core, MVC, Security, Data, Boot),
