/p h3About The Position /h3 pAccounts Payable Specialist – Corporate Accounting Team, Assago, Italy.
/p pReports directly to the Head of Accounting in Antwerp and will verify payment approvals and ensure timely, accurate payment processing for QSRP entities.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMatch supplier invoices to authorizing purchase orders and proofs of receipt /li liObtain payment approvals for non?cost of goods sold invoices /li liEnter all supplier invoices into the payables software /li liIssue notices to suppliers regarding rejected invoice line items /li liProcess expense reports and procurement card payments /li liNotify managers when budgeted expenditure levels have been exceeded /li liIssue stop payments /li liDiscuss payment proposals with local management /li liIncorporate all applicable supplier credits into payments made /li liResearch supplier requests for payment /li liUpdate the supplier master file /li liReconcile accounts payable to the general ledger /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaximum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payables /li liSolid knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping concepts /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel /li liExperience with SAP S/4HANA /li liFluency in English; additional group language (Italian or French) is a plus /li /ul h3Personal Attributes /h3 ul liDisciplined and self?motivated with a proactive mindset /li liStrong time?management skills, ability to manage priorities and work under pressure /li liDetail?oriented, highly accurate and organized /li liCollaborates seamlessly with managers and colleagues across countries /li liWorks effectively with cross?functional and multi?location teams /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liMeal vouchers /li liHybrid work mode /li liDiscount for Burger King Restaurants /li liYearly premio based on performance /li /ul pAll applicants will receive consideration for the job with no regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual identity, age, nationality, disability, or any other protected status.
