/p pWhat you'll be doing As a Business Development Senior specialist, you will drive our international growth and expand Exetra's market reach.
/p ul liGrow our client portfolio through direct sales initiatives, including identifying leads, direct outreach, and networking at industry events; /li liShape our future by contributing to medium- and long-term strategic goals; /li liAnalyze the market to deliver sharp insights and competitive reports; /li liBuild strong partnerships to expand our domestic and global commercial network; /li liUnlock new business areas and pioneer untapped markets; /li liPartner with internal teams to hit sales targets while respecting corporate guidelines.
/li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 ul li4-5 years of sales or business development experience in consulting or export-driven environments; /li liConfidence in leading C-level negotiations with both local and global companies; /li liA track record of building a solid client portfolio from scratch; /li liC2 according to CEFR in English and B2 either in Hindi or Arabic (both written and spoken).
Also Italian language is required; /li liProficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); /li liA sharp mind with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; /li liCollaborative spirit combined with strong strategic planning abilities.

/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering; /li liKnowledge of another foreign language (e.g., Spanish, French); /li liFamiliarity with Trade Finance products (Documentary Collections, Letters of Credit, International Guarantees, etc.).
