ph3About The Role /h3 pVB Spine is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to maximize revenue through our network of reseller partners, including dealers, distributors, and value-added resellers.
This individual contributor role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and supporting channel partners while driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.
/p h3Spine Sales Associate /h3 h3Location /h3 pEmilia-Romagna /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liSupport surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants /li liLearn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure /li liManage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts /li liEnsure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented /li liWork closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service /li liRepresent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity /li /ul h3Education /h3 pUniversity degree preferred (Engineering, Nursing, Biology, or related fields) but not mandatory.
/p h3Experience Qualifications /h3 ul liSales, business development, or technical experience strongly preferred /li liProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) /li liCommunicative English (written and spoken)
