Position Junior Associate – Employment and Incentives Practice, Milan Office. Responsibilities * Conduct legal research on employment, pension, and labour law matters. * Draft and review employment contracts, remuneration structures, works council communications, and union correspondence. * Assist in managing processes and communication flows between internal teams and external stakeholders. * Participate in client meetings, advising international and Italian clients on employment issues. * Prepare support for high?value executive termination cases and contentious work matters. * Contribute to transaction?related employment law advice. * Support the development and use of legal?tech tools and innovation initiatives. Qualifications * Graduate from an Italian university with high academic grades; list of exams may be provided. * Profound desire to work within an international, excellence?driven environment. * Proficiency in English (oral and written). * Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. * Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Open to using and developing legal tech tools; innovation mindset. * Previous internship experience at a law firm is a plus. * High level of accuracy, flexibility, and team orientation.
