Responsibilities * Manage all aspects of a program characterized with high levels of complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity * Understand the interdependencies, interactions, and dynamics of the projects and stakeholders within the program * Manage risk and uncertainty by identifying, assessing, and mitigating factors affecting the program's performance and outcomes * Define and drive program governance to monitor and evaluate program performance * Manage the expectations and needs of varying levels of stakeholder personas through an effective communication strategy Requirements * 10+ years of experience of successfully managing large,
