To support its evolving business needs, the company is looking for an experienced HR Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, driving the people agenda and contributing to the development of a high-performing and collaborative culture. Offerta * Partner with leaders and managers on organizational design, workforce planning and people strategy. * Provide guidance on performance management, talent reviews and succession planning. * Support organizational change and transformation initiatives. * Advise managers on employee relations and people management matters. * Facilitate compensation and salary review processes. * Contribute to workforce planning and headcount budgeting activities. * Monitor and analyze workforce data to support decision-making. * Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions. * Promote a culture of engagement,



accountability and continuous development. Competenze ed esperienza * Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines. * At least 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering roles within international and complex environments. * Strong experience supporting leaders on organizational and people-related matters. * Experience in workforce planning, talent management and change management initiatives. * Good understanding of Italian employment law. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Fluency in Italian and English. * Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in multinational, matrix or rapidly evolving organizations. * Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or similar systems. * Professional HR certifications are considered a plus.
