Experteer Overview In this role you will support the finance operations at Casa Brera during a pre?opening phase, helping to shape an entire Accounts Receivable function aligned with Marriott policies. You will work closely with cross?functional hotel teams to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and collections, and you will contribute to drafting internal procedures. This is a hands?on position with the chance to establish robust processes from the ground up. You will join a collaborative, hospitality?focused environment that values numbers, accuracy, and people. Retribuzione / Benefits * Process invoices with back?up documentation accurately and on schedule * Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, and F&B; to resolve disputed accounts * Post, reconcile,
and balance credit cards and bank transfers daily * Allocate credit card payments correctly against statements and merchant reports * Set up group billing correctly in the system ahead of arrivals * Maintain credit applications and perform credit checks on accounts * Follow up by phone on overdue receivables and secure timely payments * Handle account queries from customers * Prepare month?end journals and assist with P/L and balance sheet reconciliations * Produce Income Audit packs, GRR, and revenue recognition checks * Review invoices and postings in Opera against banquet and BEO documentation * Verify completeness of revenues and petty cash, and prepare reconciliation reports * Assist with Marriott internal and external audits and policy compliance Responsabilità * Warm, people?oriented demeanor and team?first attitude * Attention to detail, problem?solving, multi?tasking * At least intermediate English and Italian * Previous experience in a similar AR/finance role * Ideally knowledge of PeopleSoft * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Requisiti fondamentali * Discounted room nights, meals, and spa access * Discounts for friends and family * 5 euros breakfast for European hotels * World?class training and development * Wellness and sustainability initiatives * Internal promotion opportunities #J-*****-Ljbffr
