Experteer Overview As Sales Manager Automation, you drive growth for our intralogistics automation business across EMEA. You serve as the primary contact for key clients and lead new project acquisition, directly contributing to company success. You collaborate with engineering, PM, and service teams to deliver tailored automation solutions. This role blends strategic sales with technical understanding to shape scalable intralogistics projects in diverse industries. Retribuzione / Benefits * Drive regional sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding the client base * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and institutions in the intralogistics automation market * Develop in-depth solutions involving AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle, conveyors, and picking systems for various industries * Assess customer needs and tailor automation concepts (throughput, space, budget) * Lead full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature with an added-value approach * Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, service)



and external partners for delivery * Regularly report on sales activities and pipeline; monitor KPIs to achieve order intake targets * Stay current on industry trends and participate in events to promote solutions Responsabilità * Proven track record in sales, business development, or solution selling in intralogistics automation * Strong network in intralogistics automation market (customers, consultants, institutions) * Solid understanding of automated intralogistics solutions (AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle, conveyors, picking systems) and their applications * Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess needs and propose optimal solutions * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and in teams with good organizational and time management * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite * Willingness to travel within the region * Fluency in English and German is a plus Requisiti fondamentali * excellent social benefits * attractive salary structures * scope to develop your own ideas * interdisciplinary area of responsibility * international, collegial team #J-*****-Ljbffr
