Responsibilities * Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities. * Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management. * Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization. * Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries. * Receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing goods. * Handle goods within the store and be responsible for the organization of the stockroom. * Manage inventory and perform stock verification. * Foster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes. Qualifications * Previous experience in similar roles (Stock Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments. * Knowledge of key commerce KPIs. * Proficiency in using computers and key software applications. * Results?oriented mindset. * Agility,



dynamism and flexibility. * Organisational skills. * Aptitude for teamwork. * Physical and stress resistance. * High school diploma. * Good knowledge of English.
