The Finance Business Partner role is based in Italy and reports to the Head of Finance Italy within the Southern Europe Finance team. The incumbent will support the P&L; monthly planning & forecasting process and provide value?added financial analyses to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities * P&L; management: Planning and forecasting of Net Sales, Advertising & Promotions and Overhead lines * Partnering with Marketing to inform brand contribution decisions * Partnering with Comex to shape reports, analysis and improvement areas * Partnering with Supply Chain to match financial targets in P&L; * Supporting Finance Hub Team in Month End Closure activities Qualifications and Skills * Master Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar * +2 years relevant experience as a Finance Business Partner, Sales/Business Analytics, Strategy or Business Development,



preferably in a large FMCG organisation * High commercial acumen and advanced analytical skills, with a Finance background preferred * Fluency in spoken and written English * Proficiency in Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint) * Experience with market data analysis and business understanding Salary EUR 40,****** – EUR 55,****** (indicative, varies by experience, skills and internal equity) Equal Opportunities Haleon is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion.
