As part of our growth and organizational development aroundmajor industrial building projectsas aGeneral Contractor, we are seeking aCSA Construction Managerin Milan. Reporting to the Operations Director, you willcoordinate and manage our construction projects, for CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) disciplines, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments. More specifically, your main responsibilities will include: * Defining methods, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), andanticipating technical constraints, * Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, andscheduling, * Supervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors, * Ensuring contractual and regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),



* Leading site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners, * Ensuringcompliance with HSE rules. With a Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent), you have at least10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects. Recognized for yourleadershipand strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor,and aservice-oriented mindsetand have developed proficiency in Italian and English.
