What you'll do * Lead safe, compliant operations from flight planning through post?flight, upholding SOPs and a just?culture mindset. * Deliver a discreet, polished VIP service while coordinating seamlessly with ground, dispatch, and cabin teams. * Make sound, timely decisions in dynamic conditions; manage performance, W&B;, fuel, and alternates. * Champion CRM, mentor the First Officer, and foster clear, calm cockpit communication. * Ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and aircraft readiness at all times. What you bring * Type rating: Current and valid LR-45 type rating (required) * License: Valid ATPL issued by EASA * Medical: Class 1 * Total time: Minimum **** hours * Language: ICAO English Level 4+ * Experience: Proven VIP/private charter experience with a strong client?service ethos * Impeccable airmanship, threat & error management,
