Specialista Senior / Project ManagerIn this role you drive IT project delivery within GXO's logistics environment.
You'll implement methodologies across development teams, manage stakeholder reporting, and lead projects from design to release.
You will design processes and foster collaboration between Operations and IT, while owning risk, budgeting, and issue resolution.

supply chain (intra-logistics or 3PL), or consultingProven experience in the supply chain and logistics industryExperience with IT solutions for logistics or warehouse operationsHands on WMS experience; knowledge of Blue Yonder is a strong plusProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SQL and experience in programming is a strong plusSolid understanding of Project Management principles, ideally combined with Agile practicesKnowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence is considered a plusFast learner and strong problem solver, able to work effectively in a complex matrix organization and in a culturally diverse international environmentAble to deliver well organized, clear, and thorough information tailored to the intended audienceExcellent negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholdersStrong customer service mindset, providing timely and professional support to customers and vendorsAbility to prioritize workload, manage concurrent projects, and allocate time and resources efficiently to meet deadlinesFluent in English; native or fluent Italian required; additional European languages are an assetIn this role you drive IT project delivery within GXO's logistics environment.
