/ph3The Role /h3pIn this role you'll be in charge of providing a high level of expertise and technical delivery support to the Sales and Service teams as well as to the company's customers in Italy, installing and configuring custom Software Solutions.
/ppYou'll have an opportunity to deliver high value integrated solutions to our customers and contribute to the company ?s projects for the development of our Software Solutions.
/ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliWork on assigned customers projects, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on productivity and efficiency of the deals, leveraging on existing "global and region known solutions".
/liliReach customers' requirements proposing appropriate technical solutions, designing and implementing systems successfully on the field, documenting solutions, recording technical/commercial aspects and supporting systems during the installation phase.
/liliMonitor the whole project stages, be agile, and able to alerts if delays or concerns are raised achieving a deal or during project closure.
/liliSupport the Sales Technical team to meet the company sales targets.
/liliProvide a high level of expertise and technical support, including project and application engineering to Sales colleagues.
/liliEnsure customer satisfaction through high quality delivery and project management.




/li /ulh3What You Need To Have /h3ulliDegree educated with knowledge of Software Applications and/or Industrial Control within a Technical Services department.
/lili4+ years' experience in Project Management.
/liliEssential knowledge: Microsoft Windows Workflow Foundation, SQL databases, communication with PLC systems, industrial networks, Windows OS.
/liliGood to have some understanding of .
NET Framework, ODBC, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC, PLC networks).
/liliFamiliarity with industrial automation and SCADA control systems is desirable.
/liliSelf-driven with the will to learn, proactive, team player.
/liliStrong communication skills, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
/liliHigh level of English.
/liliAvailability to travel on a regular basis.

/ppThe gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from €50,000 to €55,000 and is determined based on the candidate's current seniority and skills.
He/she will be hired in the 'Impiegato' category, in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services Sectors (ccnl Commercio).
The offer also includes eligibility for an annual premio of 8.33%, calculated based on the company's financial performance and personal goals, a company car (which may also be used for personal purposes), a corporate credit card, and electronic meal vouchers (€***** net per day worked).
