The role supports the Marketing & Communication Manager in both strategic and operational activities, contributing to the successful delivery of marketing initiatives, external communication, and engagement projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Marketing team coordinating external and internal engagement events in line with the annual marketing plan (BTL materials, presentations, operational management of suppliers, logistics, registration and hospitality activities, production, follow-up)Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and social media communicationsManage Salesforce.Com leads,



ensuring proper tracking and handover to Business DevelopmentMonitor and optimize contacts and pipeline activities to support performance targetsCollaborate with stakeholders to create engaging content and communication materials (presentations, videos, etc.)Support branding activities across offices and logistics sitesEnsure full compliance with DHL brand guidelines and corporate identity standardsManage relationships with DHL Sponsorship Team and coordinate customer participation in sponsored eventsCoordinate external suppliersHandle budget tracking and purchase ordersRequirementsDegree in Marketing, Communication, or related field1–2+ years of experience in marketing and/or communicationFluent EnglishStrong knowledge of: Digital marketing tools and channels, MS Office and presentation tools, Content creation platforms (e.G., Canva)Excellent communication and strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment#J-*****-Ljbffr
