ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you support welding development and qualification for structural railway components, applying MIG, TIG and FSW techniques.
You will ensure compliance with EN *****, ISO **** and other quality standards, while guiding automotive considerations for production sites.
You collaborate with cross?functional teams to optimise welding parameters and define inspection plans.
You drive root?cause analyses and continuous improvement to ensure robust, compliant welds in rail and aluminium environments.
This is a high?impact, hands?on technical role at Hydro with international scope and a strong quality culture.
