The Role Your role as a Retail Assistant is to ensure that products appear in-store at the right time and in the right quantities. This involves working closely with the commercial team to forecast trends, plan stock levels, and monitor performance. You will be responsible for attracting and retaining customers, while providing advice and support regarding our products. This role involves being constantly on the move, traveling from city to city throughout the day. You must have a driver's license and be willing to stay overnight several times a week. You will also be responsible for organizing and repositioning products in supermarkets, as well as maintaining constant communication with our commercial team. Responsibilities * Collaborate with the commercial team to forecast trends and plan stock levels. * Ensure product placement is timely and in appropriate quantities in-store. * Attract and retain customers and provide product advice and support. * Travel between cities as required and stay overnight several times per week (driver's license required). * Organize and reposition products in supermarkets and maintain ongoing communication with the commercial team.
