In this role you help shape win strategies and messaging for large, complex bids, coordinating experts across solutioning, proposal management, and pricing. You manage pursuit milestones and ensure timely, compliant client submissions while fostering clear, cross-team communication. You contribute to improving bid processes and support onboarding and development of team members. This position sits within Accenture’s Sales Excellence team, delivering value through disciplined, collaborative bid leadership.

Responsabilità
5+ years of experience related to bid/proposal management; structured xysqume bid processes
Familiarity with sales enablement concepts (deal qualification, competitive positioning, financial modeling)
Experience in multinational or large-scale environments; ability to work with globally distributed teams
English fluency (written and spoken)
strong communication, team-building, and stakeholder engagement skills
