The ideal candidate will be responsible to manage assigned projects autonomously during all the phases of the product development, from customer’s brief to first order.
He/she will be accountable for the following:
- To be responsible for the positive results of project from customer’s brief to order acquisition, managing timing and all phases of the project in cooperation with Sales Manager, until order ships;
- To manage the day-to-day activities to carry out projects assigned;
- To coordinate all company functions involved in project development with the aim to achieve order by the customer;
- To build a deepknowledge of the customer, to develop customer’s loyalty and to provide solutions to customer’s requests in a timely manner;
- To have regularcontacts with customer concerning progress of the project;
- To attend customer meetings and internal meetings to manage the development of the projects;
- To investigate the product’s technical characteristics, production limits, formulation and industrialization to anticipate possible issues coordinating with all functions internally;
- To visit occasionally customers with the Sales Manager for meetings where agenda is project driven.
Skills required:
- High School Diploma as a minimum. Degree in any discipline, preferably Economics, Marketing or Languages is preferable
- Fluent in English is an essential requisite ;
any another foreign language is a plus
- 2/3 year in cosmetic or multinational manufacturing companies
- IT knowledge: Very good knowledge of the Office package
- Good interpersonal relationship and teamwork
- Good communication and ability to synthesize
- Effective workload planning, respect of deadlines, ability to define priorities and manage stress in a very dynamic environment
- Proactivity, precision and attention to details/numbers
- Ability to search for information, flexibility and adaptability
- Self-motivation and great sense of responsibility and confidentiality, personal ethics, tact and diplomacy
