You will support all the phases of Data Analytics and Process Intelligence projects:Managing end-to-end Data Analytics / Process Intelligence initiatives across various clients and industriesRunning data identification, extraction and transformation (ETL)Connecting Data Analytics / Process Intelligence tools to client's IT systemsDesigning and developing process monitoring dashboardsAnalyzing and interpreting the findings and resultsIdentifying bottlenecks and areas of improvementLeveraging on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to automate improvementsDrawing actionable conclusions and recommendationsRequired Technical Skills & ExperienceGraduate in Statistics, Applied Math, Economics,



Information Management, Computer Science, Management Engineering or related fieldsHands-on experience with one or more Data Analytics (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc) and Process Intelligence tools (Celonis, Microsoft Power Automate Process Mining etc.)Skills in data manipulation and/or scripting (SQL, Python)Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformationExperience in process analysis and improvementNice to have6-18 months of experience in leading consulting firms or in leading international system integrators as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer or Data Analyst:Familiarity with at least one enterprise suite (SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle etc.) is a big plusFamiliarity with data platform (Databricks, SAP Datasphere, etc.) is a plusFunctional knowledge of financial and/or business processes (Procurement, Sales, Accounting, Logistics...)Basic requirements in the selection are the excellent knowledge of the Italian and English languages (both oral and written), interpersonal and communicative skills, experience of team management and relations with company management as well as ability to travel based on client requests/commitments.Protiviti is an equal opportunity employer, which values diversity and inclusion.
