Marni is looking for a Client Advisor to join its team's Boutique in Milan .
This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with a strong background in luxury retail, who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and contributing to business performance.
Deliver a high standard of client service, ensuring an elevated and personalized in-store experience
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business
Identify and maximize sales opportunities across all product categories
Capture and maintain accurate client data in CRM systems
Support the execution of in-store events and client engagement activities
Contribute to the development of the store's local client network




Execute sales transactions accurately, including payments, returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free procedures
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with company guidelines
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Support stockroom activities, including receiving, transfers, inventory, and reporting
Partner effectively with the store management team to support business objectives
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail; luxury experience preferred, with leather goods as a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
