Role descripti
onHe/She is responsible of designing moulds for thermoplastic injection moulding and, if necessary, dies for powder extrusion starting from the specific technical needs of the Customer
s.
Main tasks and responsibilit
- ies Takes care of the feasibility analysis and development of new products starting from the specifications received from R&D; Depart
- mentDirectly carries out the calculation and the design of injection moulds (and extrusion dies) according to the defined specifications and the features of the machines,
in order to achieve the best possible efficiency process l
- evelFollows the mould production process in collaboration with the mold making man
- agerTakes care of safety aspects in order to guarantee the respect of the safety direct
- ivesSupports Production in case of problems or defects of the pro
- ductPrepares spare parts for existing moulds based on maintenances prog
- ramsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving ski
- lls.Good communication skills and ability to work in a t

Education and expe
