- Support the Fleet Sales Manager in developing Fleet (LTR, Corporate, Brokers) and RAC business to achieve sales, registration, and delivery targets.
- Manage relationships with fleet customers, rental companies, brokers, and corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end order process, from quotation and order validation to vehicle delivery and invoicing.
- Monitor order status and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation, registration, and delivery activities with Logistics, Finance, Dealer Network, and Sales Operations teams.
- Track sales performance, order intake, registrations, and deliveries, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
- Support the implementation of fleet sales programs, commercial campaigns, and customer-specific initiatives.
- Manage vehicle return processes, including buy-back agreements, residual value programs, inspections, logistics, and documentation.
- Support remarketing activities for returned vehicles, coordinating with dealers and partners to maximize residual value and resale performance.
- Prepare regular reports on fleet operations, vehicle returns, resale activities, and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- • 2–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably gained within an OEM, Long-Term Rental (LTR), Short-Term Rental (RAC)
- Experience in managing operational activities related to vehicle registrations, deliveries, and customer coordination is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Good level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken business environments
RAL from 35.000 EUR Gross based on the experience skills, and qualications of the selected candidate.
