Overview
The international law firm Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe is looking to hire a fourth- or fifth-year law student for an internship of at least 6 months in its Administrative Law, Regulatory & Competition department, starting in February/March at our Rome office.
Requirements
Interest in administrative law, with a focus on litigation, procurement, concessions, energy project financing, urban planning, construction, the environment, and regulated services.
Excellent spoken and written English (certified B2/C1 level).
Aptitude for working in an international environment.
Strong aptitude for teamwork and problem solving.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility.
Responsibilities
The student will work alongside senior staff and support them in due diligence activities, reviewing contractual and corporate documentation, translations, legal research, and other activities related to the legal field.
Qualifications
We are looking for people who are fluent in Italian and English and are eager to learn about our business!
