Experteer Overview In this role you will manage the sourcing of multiple sub?categories within a broader category for AGCO in Italy, aligning supplier strategies with category goals. You will drive cost optimization, lead contract negotiations, and manage supplier performance in partnership with Operations and Finance. You'll support regional and global category teams on long?term strategy deployment and RFx activities, while balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations. This position offers impact through cost savings and supplier collaboration in a global agricultural company. Retribuzione / Benefits * Identify, qualify and manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluations and contract negotiations * Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing and conditions * Drive cost reduction initiatives and process improvements * Oversee RFx preparation, execution and analysis,



and support long–term strategy deployment with regional/global teams * Assist Regional/Global Category Managers in contracting cost–optimized suppliers * Develop knowledge of category trends, cost drivers and market dynamics * Manage priorities and internal stakeholder expectations across projects Responsabilità * Bachelor's Degree in Related Field * Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience (preferably indirect operations) * Knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay process * Strong analytical and negotiation skills * Excellent English and Italian communication skills * Team player capable of working in a multicultural environment * Ability to drive change, motivate others, and work independently * Good knowledge of ERP systems, Excel and PowerPoint Requisiti fondamentali * premio scheme * flexible working hours * private health insurance * canteen with meal allowance #J-*****-Ljbffr
