In this role you will shape the growth strategy for Ingersoll Rand’s compressed air desiccant dryers. You will lead market analysis, product innovation, and a cross‑functional roadmap to expand into new markets. You’ll translate customer needs into compelling product initiatives and drive ROI through data‑driven decisions. You work closely with global teams to ensure market competitiveness and lifecycle excellence, contributing to the company’s mission of sustainable, efficient environments. This is a high‑impact product leadership role in a dynamic, international setting.

Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field
- Fluent in xysqume English
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with global teams, stakeholders, and customers
- 3+ years of experience in product development, lifecycle management, and cross‑functional leadership
