As Program Manager, you will ensure project outcomes align with business goals by applying appropriate processes and tools. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and secure stakeholder buy-in for timely delivery. You will guide programs from concept to production, coordinating with internal and external partners. This role offers impact across a global group, with opportunities to shape governance and risk management in complex software and AI initiatives.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Oversee scope, plans, schedules and budgets to meet objectives within time and cost constraints
- Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage program from concept initiation to production delivery, interfacing with internal/external stakeholders
- Lead a Program Core team across functions
- Organize program activities and interdepartmental meetings to foster collaboration
- Proactively assess risks and implement risk management strategies
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels




- Drive stakeholder buy‑in towards business goals
- Ensure alignment of deliverables with budget, timing and product cost parameters

Responsabilità
- Master's degree in Engineering or in other Scientific Area
- 5+ years of experience in managing complex software development projects
- Experience with AI project development is a plus
- Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Jira
- Ability to lead Agile ceremonies (backlog, xysqume grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills
- PMP and/or Agile certifications highly desired
- Understanding of Stage-Gate process
- Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders
- Italian and English fluent
- Ability to identify and manage engagement risks

Requisiti fondamentali
- Permanent / CCNL
- Annual Base Salary (RAL): 50,000-55,000
