In this role you support the evolution of administration, accounting and control for major Italian banks. You join a growing Finance Transformation team to drive process efficiency and reengineering, using technology as a change catalyst. You’ll contribute ideas and collaborate with a cross‑functional network to shape impactful financial operations. Responsabilità
- 4/5 years of experience in Financial Services
- Laurea in discipline economiche
- Competence in administration, accounting and budget processes
- Advanced knowledge of EPM applications (e.g., xysqume CCH Tagetik)
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMI, Agile/Scrum)
- Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong relational and communication skills
- Curiosity, flexibility and initiative; team orientation
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
