Experteer Overview

In this role, you support the AIT team in implementing electrical and functional integration and test processes for satellite programs. You will assist the AIT manager in planning electrical integration and test campaigns and in creating the related documentation. The position involves hands‑on wiring, test setup, and autonomous execution of electrical tests across platform and satellite levels, contributing to mission success. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure test readiness and alignment with schedules. This role offers exposure to end‑to‑end AIT activities in a dynamic space program environment.

Responsibilities

- Create electrical integration and functional test procedures for satellite and instrument levels
- Deploy and configure EGSE for test facilities across Integration & Test, Environmental Campaign, Launch Site
- Prepare hardware for tests,



including EGSE SCOE configuration
- Execute electrical tests and interface/functional/performance tests at platform and satellite levels
- Define tests within the verification process in collaboration with engineering and AIT/AIV manager
- Incorporate electrical test activities into the full AIT process with AIT manager xysqume guidance
- Several years of experience in AIT for space systems
- Solid understanding of system engineering processes for space projects
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑stress environments and to handle night shifts and travel
- Proactive, autonomous, and responsible with problem‑solving mindsetWillingness to take initiative and adapt to changing project needs
