As the HR Business Partner International at Technogym, you will act as a strategic partner and hands‑on HR generalist across global operations. You’ll align people strategy with business goals, coach leaders, and manage talent development in a fast‑paced, matrix environment. You’ll shape international HR processes, data‑driven decisions, and stakeholder relations to enable sustainable growth. This role offers influence across the employee lifecycle in a renowned fitness tech brand with a global footprint.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Monitor personnel costs and global organizational design
- Maintain policies and procedures and act as trusted ER advisor
- Partner with local HR leadership and global HQ HR to design and deliver people plans
- Provide coaching on HR topics and act as a trusted advisor to managers
- Maintain HR data accuracy and manage HR metrics to drive results
- Be a Technogym brand ambassador and provide best‑in‑class HR support to local leadership
- Define recruiting needs and support Talent Acquisition in final steps




- Onboard and develop Technogym talents (Next Gen)
- Develop and retain talent via training, coaching, career development, and succession planning
- Provide market labor trends and benchmarking to align salaries and market conditions

Responsabilità
- 8+ years of HR experience as HRBP or HR Manager
- Experience in a matrix organization and multinational environments
- Experience in Direct Sales, Luxury brands, xysqume or Sports sector
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Experience with HR ERP systems; SAP/SuccessFactors nice to have
- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills; able to persuade based on logic
- Business acumen with P&L; understanding and data‑driven mindset
- Project management and execution skills
- Confidentiality, transparency, and analytical approach
- Passion for sports, enthusiasm, humility, pro‑activity, ethics
