Responsibilities

- Manage the procurement of raw materials for the Business Unit and support the commodity strategy definition with a focus on sourcing execution.
- Foster long‑term partnerships with assigned suppliers, serving as their focal point for supplier visits, business reviews, negotiations, price lists and quality management.
- Maintain effective relationships and communication with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Supply Chain, R&D;, Quality and Finance.
- Prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Global Commodity Manager.
- Prepare and analyze performance, risk and sustainability reports for business meetings.
- Conduct comparative analysis of suppliers’ capabilities and cost drivers to identify insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness for the raw material category.




- Support the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with the business and ESG targets.

Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- One year’s experience in a similar procurement role.
- Passion and interest for the procurement area.
- Negotiation and cost‑agevolazioni analysis skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, analytical approach and project management skills.
- Drive, initiative, high energy and ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Eagerness to work in a team and cooperate across departments in an international environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in Italian and English. xysqume
