To strengthen its Organization & Special Projects team, Zenith Global is seeking a Business Analyst who will report directly to the Head of Organization & Special Projects and contribute to the continued development of the Function and the consolidation of the key areas of responsibility outlined below. Key responsibilities:



* Manage and continuously improve business processes related to the procurement of company assets (IT equipment and telecommunications) and the delivery of support services. * Coordinate and oversee procurement and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and organizational standards. * Manage the full contract lifecycle, including document administration, renewal tracking, and invoice processing. * Coordinate the management of the company vehicle fleet and related operational activities. * Support the review, update, and implementation of company policies and procedures, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure their effectiveness and consistency. * Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency by analyzing operational workflows and recommending process improvements. * Prepare regular reports and performance analyses to support process monitoring, operational effectiveness, and organizational compliance. Preferred qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma. * Solid understanding of organizational processes and cross-functional business operations. * Strong analytical skills, with experience in operational analysis and document management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. * Good command of written and spoken English. * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, and meet deadlines. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
