Experteer Overview

In this CRA role, you contribute to the development and oversight of drugs and medical devices by conducting site visits and ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations. You work within a team of therapeutic and regulatory experts to advance pharmaceutical and device development. The position emphasizes hands‑on training through the PACE program, broad exposure to multiple therapeutic areas, and opportunities for career growth. You will travel nationally and help improve trial conduct and data integrity in a dynamic environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites in compliance with approved protocols
- Communicate with site staff including coordinators and physicians
- Verify investigator qualifications, training, resources, and facilities
- Verify source documentation and adherence to GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure eligible subject enrollment and review regulatory documents




- Medical device and/or investigational product/drug accountability and inventory
- Review adverse events and concomitant medications for accurate data reporting
- Assess site patient recruitment and retention and suggest improvements
- Complete monitoring reports and follow‑up letters with findings and actions

Responsabilità
- Master degree in health‑related field
- Willingness to travel 60‑80% nationally
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office

- CRA certification completed per DMC 15/11/2011
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong communication and presentation skills (a plus)
