- Act as a key part of the Building Services Engineering Senior Team,
leading multidisciplinary projects and mentoring other engineers
- Serve as project lead engineer, managing the service scope and interfacing directly with the client team
- Liaise with clients to set design ambitions and coordinate mechanical requirements and their project impacts
- Sound knowledge in mechanical engineering fundamentals
- Bachelor or Master in Mechanical/Building/Energy Engineering
- Ability to lead and manage the design process from concept xysqume to construction
- Experience with Data Center and/or Industrial buildings projects
- 10+ years' experience in design of mechanical systems
- Experience with BIM environment using Revit; parametric design knowledge beneficial
- Knowledge of English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Motivated, proactive, and open to new challenges
