Experteer Overview

In this role you lead production teams within a wind energy context, driving safety, quality, and on‑time delivery. You bridge employees and senior management while translating strategy into actionable plans. You will tackle cost reduction, waste elimination, and continuous improvement to support Vestas’ mission of sustainable power. This position offers cross‑functional collaboration across national and international stakeholders and opportunities for professional growth.

- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to PWI and safety/quality standards
- Direct teams to meet safety, quality, and on‑time delivery targets; elevate issues to management
- Set performance goals, monitor budget, and report variances
- Handle complaints from employees and customers; maintain timekeeping and personnel records

Responsabilità
- Technical or Bachelor's degree in engineering xysqume or related field
- Experience in people management (≥3 years)
- Proficiency in Lean and problem‑solving tools (DM, Takt, PDCA, 5‑why)
- Advanced English
- IT proficiency (MS‑Office, SAP)
