Retribuzione / Benefits

- Partner with Senior Sales Leadership and internal partners in a trusted-advisor capacity
- Develop innovative deal structures and manage contractual risk
- Act as a large-deal advisor and support negotiations through the deal cycle
- Guide sales on pros/cons of deal structures and own final approval decisions
- Develop pricing and business term best practices based on data and market knowledge




- Scope and complete project work with minimal oversight to meet goals
- Collaborate with product teams on pricing models for new products and bundles
- Build cross-functional relationships to understand products, competition, and market
- Work with Finance, Legal and Operations to optimize contract terms and close deals

Responsabilità
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Strong xysqume analytical background with problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to achieve results
- Ability to explain concepts clearly across all levels of the organization
- High attention to detail
- Adept at navigating ambiguity and thinking on your feet
- Proven experience leading and influencing across the organization
- Fluency in English and Italian
