Your focus will be on increasing visibility, securing new stockists,



and ensuring Monster's unique brand presence dominates across your territory.Key responsibilities include:Executing market activations and promotions in AnconaCoaching and training distribution partner teams.Winning new independent retail accounts while supporting existing ones.Ensuring the right product mix and distribution in-store.Driving placement of POS materials and merchandising.Delivering market insights and timely reporting.About YouWe're looking for someone who is:Experienced in sales, ideally within FMCG or the drinks industry.Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resilient.A strong communicator with excellent selling and negotiation skills.Confident working independently but also a true team player.Flexible, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in Italian with solid Business English skills.Holder of a driving licence and comfortable with travel across Marche. xrdztoy At Monster, you're not just joining a business – you're joining a movement.
