/ppReporting to the Group Internal Audit Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits across Group entities.
/ph3KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES /h3ulliSupport in planning and executing audit (operational, financial, compliance) according to the annual audit plan; /liliCollaborate on Special Projects at the request of Senior Management (ad-hoc audits, project reviews, fraud investigations or similar); /liliPrepare and present reports that reflect audit results, elaborating on potential solutions; /liliReviews and presents audit results, within planned time scales, that meet customer expectations and ensure the utmost efficiency during the audit work as well as the validity of the opinions expressed; /liliInteracts with Management at all levels; /liliCollect, examine, analyze, and verify information about the organization's systems and processes by reviewing manuals, policies, reports, financial statements, and other written materials, and by interviewing organizational members where required.




/li /ulh3MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS /h3ulliBachelor's and/or master's degree in accounting, business, or related field; /lili4+ years of experience in audit, compliance, fraud investigation, or risk management; /liliKnowledge of SAP systems and experience in data analysis; /liliKnowledge of the process mining software Celonis is a plus; /liliRelevant professional certifications are a plus (CPA, CFE or CIA); /liliStrong analytical skill and goal-oriented attitude; /liliExcellent written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and English are a must; /liliExperience working on global, cross-functional, and complex projects; /liliWillingness to join a multicultural and multinational Group; /liliAvailability to work on site and travel in Cementir Group sites up to 60% of the time across UE and Extra-UE.
