Role and responsibilitiesYou will be part of Axazure Italy, a business subsidiary of the Avvale Group, specialized in Microsoft solutions,



with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.You will be responsible for:Application Management Service (AMS) activities managementFunctional issue analysis and resolutionUser support and training Business process analysis and requirements gatheringPreparation of functional documentation and Change Request (CR) managementExecution of functional testing and support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)User training during the pre go-live phaseHypercare support and post go-live development managementAround 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics projectsExperience in implementation and application support projectsKnowledge of analysis, configuration, testing, and post go-live supportStrong communication and teamwork skillsProactive, results-oriented mindsetExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteFluent in English (both written and spoken)Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive resultsCome with us?Send us your resume and have a look at our website to learn more!
