Help Passengers Claim Their Rights!
​At FlightHelp, we support airline passengers in claiming compensation for delayed or canceled flights. To date, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions.
​We are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at
Fiumicino International Airport
.
​This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.
​ Your Role & Responsibilities:
​When a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details.
​Respond on Short Notice: Travel to the
Fiumicino International Airport
arrivals area when notified.
​Inform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them.
​Be a Reassuring Presence:



Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
(Note: No airport security clearance is required for this role).
​ What We Offer
​
High Flexibility :
A completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events. Work only when incidents occur and you are available.
​Great Compensation:
20$ per assignment (each assignment lasts approximately 1 hour) + 15$ per claim after the first 5;
​Full Expense Reimbursement :
Additional costs such as fuel, parking fees, or public transportation tickets are fully covered.
​
Performance Bonuses:
Opportunity for additional performance-based bonuses and long-term collaboration with increased responsibilities.
​ Candidate Profile
​Location :
Residence in
Fiumicino , Italy or the surrounding area.
​Languages :
Italian and English; any additional languages are a strong advantage.
​Skills :
