ppAs a Senior Trade Show Event Planning Specialist, you will act as team leader in designing the events strategy, handling advanced event planning tasks and overseeing various components of event execution.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of our trade shows are meticulously planned and executed, enhancing our brand's impact and customer engagement.
/ph3Responsibilities: /h3ulliAct as Team Leader, coordinating the Events Team /liliDesign an effective events plan to support Sales and Business objectives /liliLead the coordination of comprehensive event logistics /liliOversee vendor relations and negotiate service agreementsManage all aspects of on-site event execution /liliAnalyze and report on event metrics and feedback /liliAssist in the design and production of event materials /liliDevelop and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness /liliCoordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with event objectives /liliCoordinate with the Spanish Event Team on a daily basis /li /ulh3Skills: /h3ulliAdvanced Project Management: Manage detailed complex event projects At least 5 years of experience /liliStrategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies.
/liliVendor Relations: Maintain and negotiate effective vendor partnerships.
/liliData Analysis: Ability to analyze and report on event data.
/liliCommunication Skills: Strong skills in briefing and debriefing stakeholders.
/liliCreative Collaboration: Work effectively with creative and digital teams.
/liliBudget Oversight: Manage and monitor event budgets for efficient spending /liliProficient in English.
