We are seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team.
You'll work with cutting-edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation.As part of our AI & Data Automation domain, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries, collaborating with international teams and growing your expertise in enterprise solutions.Details: Treviso Padova Venezia Development Mid levelWhat we're looking forHands-on experience or strong interest in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.Experience in software development with any modern language or framework.Ability to work with APIs and integrate external services into applications.Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and interest in AI-assisted development.Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
Problem-solving attitude with a focus on building and iterating quickly.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in team environments.Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
Availability for short- and medium-term business travel.The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €28,000 to €42,000.
It may be adjusted based on the candidate's skills and experience beyond the required level.
The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
What we would consider a plusExperience with AI tools, frameworks, or platforms (e.G., Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, etc.).
Practical experience with prompt design, evaluation, and optimization.Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools and rapid prototyping approachesBackground in Microsoft ecosystem (c#, python, Azure, Copilot 365, Copilot Studio).
