ABOUT THE ROLE – QA/QC Coordinator (Oil & Gas)
We are looking for aQA/QC Coordinatorwith solid experience in theOil & Gas sectorto support complex EPC projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible forcoordinating Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, ensuring that project processes and deliverables comply with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and applicable standards throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and superviseQA/QC activitiesthroughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
Implement and monitor theProject Quality Management System (QMS)according to company and project standards.
Prepare, review, and approve quality documentation such asQuality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and procedures.
CoordinateQA/QC inspectors and quality personnelinvolved in project activities.
Monitorinspections, tests, and verification activitiesduring fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
ManageNon-Conformity Reports (NCRs)and ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Interface withclients, contractors, vendors, and project teamsregarding quality-related matters.
Supportinternal and external audits, ensuring compliance with international quality standards.
Track quality performance and promotecontinuous improvement initiatives.
Support the preparation of thefinal quality documentation and project dossiers (Manufacturing Record Book / Quality Dossier).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree inEngineeringor a technical diploma with equivalent experience.
Minimum5–10 years of experience in QA/QC roleswithinOil & Gas projects.
Strong knowledge ofQuality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
Experience withInspection & Test Plans (ITP), audits, inspections, and quality control procedures.
Familiarity with international standards such asISO ****, API, ASME, and other industry regulations.
Experience managingNCRs, corrective actions, and quality improvement processes.
Strongcoordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of theEnglish language.
The salary for this role ranges from€****** to €******
The position is governed by theNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Sectorapplied by our company.
The final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria.
In exceptional cases, where a candidate's profile significantly exceeds the requirements associated with the stated salary range, a review of the compensation may be considered, subject to internal approval.
