About the job Experience Coordinator/Remote
We are seeking motivated and organized individuals to join our team as
Experience Planning Coordinators . In this role, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating memorable travel and leisure experiences by providing accurate information, organization, and ongoing support.
This position is well suited for candidates who enjoy client interaction, attention to detail, and working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to understand their goals and preferences
Provide accurate, up-to-date information and personalized recommendations
Create well-organized plans and itineraries
Support clients before, during, and after their experience




Utilize online tools and systems for coordination and booking (training provided)
Maintain professional and timely communication
