Job Title: Customer Quality Engineer Reggio Emilia, ***** Italy Job Description Position summary We're looking for a Customer Quality Engineer in Reggio Emilia. This role involves managing customer complaints, delivering product excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across the Organization will be part of your daily tasks to ensure tailored, fact-based, and timely responses. Main Responsibilities * Manage customer quality complaints end-to-end, from receipt to closure. * Analyze customer non-conformities and coordinate resolution using structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, RCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys). * Colaborate to ensure production continuity by minimizing the impact of quality issues on volumes and deliveries. * Act as the main point of contact for customers on quality topics, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication. * Coordinate internal activities with technical departments (R&D;, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain) to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Monitor the effectiveness of implemented actions and ensure formal closure of complaints within agreed timelines.

Job Position Requirements Education: University bachelor degree Degrees Required In "Engineering" - Degrees Preferred "Mechanical Engineering" Professional background * At least two years of experience in a similar role is a plus * Background in medium-structured industrial contexts (preferably mechanics or hydraulics) * Automotive is a plus (not mandatory) Essential Hard skills * Fluent in spoken and written English * Skilled to use Microsoft Office suite, SAP * Basic Quality tools knowledge (8D, SPC, PPAP, Kaizen, Problem solving, ...) * Team Working Considered As a Plus * French/german language * Knowledge IATF***** standard Soft Skills * Team working * Proactivity * Strong organizational activities to manage tasks and priorities * Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset * Passionate about quality, driven by innovation, and customer oriented * Good technical understanding and analytical skills Compensation: Starting gross annual salary (RAL): starting at € ******, Level C3 - CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria - The total compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's skills and professional experience.
