For our manufacturing site in Badia Polesine (RO), we are looking for a:
Receptionist
The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, suppliers, visitors, and business partners.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage the company switchboard and direct communications to the appropriate departments.
Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and front-office activities.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, couriers).
Provide accurate information regarding company services and activities.
Support basic administrative tasks and document management.
Ensure reception areas and meeting rooms are organized, functional, and welcoming.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure an effective flow of information.
Requirements
High school diploma; additional education in administration, hospitality, or tourism is considered an advantage.
Good knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and business software).




Experience in switchboard management and general administrative/reception duties.
Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
Previous experience in reception, administrative support, customer service, or client-facing roles.
Familiarity with business environments characterized by frequent interaction with customers and visitors.
