CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT - LERICI
Your role You will oversee and monitor all construction activities performed by EPC Contractor(s), ensuring compliance with project objectives, contractual requirements, quality standards, HSE regulations, and schedule commitments.
You will act as the client's representative on construction matters, safeguarding project interests and supporting the successful delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects.
You will coordinate construction interfaces across engineering, procurement, commissioning, operations, subcontractors, and third parties.
Your responsibilities Review and monitor EPC Contractors' construction execution plans, method statements, and work packages.
Ensure construction activities are aligned with approved schedules, project milestones, and contractual requirements.
Support constructability reviews during engineering and design phases.
Identify construction risks and contribute to mitigation and contingency plans.
Monitor HSE performance, participate in safety audits and site inspections, and promote a strong safety culture.
Oversee implementation of Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and review NCRs and corrective actions.
Coordinate multidisciplinary construction activities including civil, structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.
Manage interfaces between contractors, vendors, client teams, and third parties.
