Power Electronics technician

Joining our Aftermarket & Service department , the successful candidate will be the primary reference point for the entire equipment lifecycle—from assembly to final commissioning—while managing direct relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Wiring and assembly of power electronics systems and industrial equipment.
- Functional and electrical testing on PCBs, frequency converters, panels, and drives.
- On-site installation and commissioning at client facilities, both in Italy and abroad.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance on installed systems.
- Remote technical support and after-sales assistance.
- Documentation: drafting technical reports, commissioning logs, and manuals.

Required Skills
- Education: Diploma in Electronics, Degree in Electronic Engineering, or IFTS certification.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a similar role within the power electronics or industrial sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of power components (IGBTs, thyristors, inverters, AC/DC converters).
- Schematics:



Proficiency in reading complex electrical and electronic schematics.
- Tools: Expert use of measuring instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, analyzers).
- Automation: Basic knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI systems.
- Languages: Good command of Technical English (Level B1 or higher).
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently and possession of a valid B-class driver’s license.

Contract: direct employment; salary and grading will be commensurate with actual experience and skills.
Work Location: Leinì (Turin), Italy.
